Khalid Al Yahmadi - Chairman

Khalid Al-Yahmadi is the Founder and Chairman of the Amjaad Group of companies. Mr Al-Yahmadi has over 15 years of experience in engineering, technology, management and investments. Formerly, Mr. Al-Yahmadi worked for some of the top engineering firms in the Middle East. Due to this special interest in Islamic banking, Mr. Al-Yahmadi is responsible for founding and organizing the Oman Islamic Economic Forum (OIEC) which is a highly successful event attended by industry leaders. In addition, Mr Al-Yahmadi has established joint ventures with The General Council for Islamic Banks and Financial Institution (CIBAFI) and the Global University for Islamic Finance to provide training in various aspects of Islamic finance. He holds obtaining a Bachelor degree in Engineering from King Faisal University in Saudi Arabia.

Ashraf Jakvani - CEO

A seasoned individual with more than 25 years of experience in operations, management, sales and marketing to establish and grow several business in financial services, restaurants, automotive and hospitality industries. In addition to his professional activities, Mr. Jakvani sits on the Boards of various local and civic organizations. Mr. Jakvani graduated with honors after completing his education in Aerospace Engineering at California State University in Pomona, California and Public Policy at California Baptist University.

Amer Ali - Chief Operating Officer

A results oriented individual with over 20 years’ professional experience in acquisition, managing, leasing and disposition of real estate assets and loans. Possess a full range of analytical and communication skills with experience in revenue enhancement and creating operational efficiency. In-depth understanding of complex partnership agreements, loan arrangements and experience in accounting and management of real estate assets/loans. Formerly, Mr. Ali was licensed as a Stockbroker by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Currently, he is licensed in the State of California to function as an integral conduit to real estate and financing transactions as a Real Estate and Mortgage Broker. He is a designated REALTOR@ and an active member of the California Association of REALTORS@ and the National Association of REALTORS@. In addition, Mr. Ali also holds a Bachelor of Science degree with emphasis in Finance, Real Estate and Law from the California State University located in Pomona, California.

Abdul-Rahman Touqan - Head of Investment and Business Development

Abdul-Rahman has over 10 years of experience in projects between USA (Mainly in States of Oklahoma, New York and California), UAE, Libya, Jordan, Syria, Turkey, Egypt and the Sultanate of Oman. He served as a Real Estate agent in Dubai with Midmac Real Estate and the Bentley Group covering the NYC real estate market for large corporate clients (A current business partner with Amjaad Group). He also served as an investment analyst with ADIB – Burooj Properties and as a Senior Investment Analyst with Tanmia Properties - Saraha Group, A Libyan-American Group based in Dubai and Misratah – Libya. He is specialized in complex financial modeling and creating professional business plans covering Real Estate Developments and Investments, Islamic Finance Products, Automotive agencies, F&B and Media (movie making). He Holds a B.S degree in International Business from the Spears School of Business - Oklahoma State University, graduating with honors (Cum Laude) and Minors in Economics and Marketing. He had been inducted to the top Academic Honor Society in the United States, the “Phi Kappa Phi” (Top 7.5% in the nation), where Jimmy Carter (39th President of the United States) and Hillary Clinton (67th United States Secretary of State) are both members of.
